Capture Management is about creating an opportunity-specific plan to win new or recompete business.  In short it’s the documented business case for spending company B&P funds to pursue/win business. Market Intelligence is a critical aspect of the Capture process - it covers the major aspects of qualifying, and pursuing federal, state and local opportunities. Today there is a defined and structured process that includes needed critical data/information. This critical information ensures the contractor is as informed as possible in making their business case decisions. Without this critical information, you will very likely be wasting internal/external resources and B&P money.
